Service and support for all levels of complexity

Credits are determined by the complexity and urgency of your individual project requests and are applied to your account based on the following criteria. Your Account Manager will work with you to identify and track credits throughout the month so that there are no surprises.
Credits are eligible for roll over for up to three months before expiring.

1 Credit

Low Complexity

Basic production services and minor creative updates will use 1 credit per hour of work from your team.
Examples include:

1.5 Credits

Medium Complexity

Concept and mid-level production requests will use 1.5 credits per hour of work from your team.

Strategy, audits, and advanced creative/production requests will use 2 credits per hour of work from your team.
Examples include:

What is the minimum commitment level?

We require new client partners to commit to a 90-day agreement that will allow us to complete the discovery and strategy phases of the onboarding process, as well as initiate the foundational and priority tactics of our defined strategy. From there, Brand Studio Programs are month-to-month with a 60-day cancellation notice.

What happens if I don’t use all my credits in a month?

Not to worry. We know things fluctuate and our program tiers are designed with maximum flexibility in mind. Your unused credits will roll over for up to three months, ensuring you get full value from your partnership with us.

What billing options do you have?

We make payments as easy as possible for our client partners by automatically drafting your payment on the first of each month.

How will you use AI tools on my projects?

AI tools help to streamline projects in some instances but require careful monitoring to ensure brand standards are upheld and the highest quality of work is output. Not every project can benefit from AI. Our team carefully utilizes the tools where they best help to achieve our desired goals. Efficiencies gained from the use of these tools are reflected in the value achieved through our Brand Studio Program.

How does onboarding work?

Once we’re ready to begin work, we’ll kick things off with a discovery meeting between our team and key stakeholders within your business. During this meeting, we’ll unpack all the brand guidelines & details, business insights, and overall marketing objectives so that we can quickly and efficiently learn your brand. From there, you’ll be ready to submit projects within a few days!

How do I know which level is right for me?

How do I know if I need the Brand Studio Program or Content Studio Program?

We can help you discover which program works for you. Depending on the complexity of your brand needs and your current marketing strategy, you may benefit from one or the other, or both. Often, clients requiring Content Studio support benefit from three months of the Brand Studio Program to ensure you’re ready to take full advantage of our social strategies and tactics. Do you offer custom plans?

Our tiers are designed to meet the creative production and marketing needs of most client partners. However, we can work with you to customize a plan that meets your specific creative needs and marketing goals. We also offer project-based pricing for special initiatives outside of your typical marketing budget. These project-based pricing options are ideal for large-scale photo/video productions, leasing-specific initiatives, or other expenses such as website development, media buys, etc.
