Social-focused digital takeover bringing wellness to center stage
Lake Nona Performance Club is so much more than a gym and fitness center. This best-in-class wellness collective is home to a team of specialists who are dedicated to helping members stay in shape and integrate medical fitness into their continuing care. Located in the bustling, but digitally-gridlocked, metro of Orlando, FL, our Content Studio implemented a powerful strategy to generate excitement and a first-in-line mentality ahead of its grand opening.
Using a strong toolkit of standout graphics, this digital campaign was a resounding success. The goal was to pre-sell 2,000 memberships. In the six months prior to grand opening, our team planned and executed a targeted paid social media strategy with a hyper-focused geography of 12 to 15-minutes drive time radius from the club. Through paid social content on Facebook and Instagram featuring single image ads, social carousels, sponsored posts, and stories, as well as paid search on Google, we delivered over 1.5 million impressions with a CTR of .90% in just 180 days. The paid digital media added 160,000 new page views and up to 45,000 new users. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) was the top-performing tactic, with 65,000 impressions and a CTR of 7%. The presale goal was exceeded in in just a few short months, well in advance of the club’s grand opening.
