Aligning values, teams, and expertise to elevate healthcare outcomes

AlignMed Partners is a nationwide network of comprehensive care teams with advanced illness and senior caregiving expertise. Now operating as a single system, these physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) work directly with skilled nursing facility (SNF) operators to enhance clinical capabilities for medically and socially complex patients. Our team was tasked with a comprehensive rebrand strategy, and launched the new, unified brand as the name to know in long-term and skilled nursing care. 

Our work started with a deep dive into understanding what drives the three distinct audiences: providers, operators, and patients. We then built an all-encompassing framework with a dual-focused branding effort to break away from the legacy rehabilitation brand and take over marketshare through workforce size and regionality in the emerging space. With several key stakeholders, it was critical to align the business goals of the healthcare system with an Employee Value Proposition built on a balanced pursuit of passion and personal well-being. Our work also included visual branding, a new voice and market position, website, sales enablement tools, tradeshow booth, apparel and promotional items, grassroots corporate video, and corporate business collateral suite (business cards, digital presentation templates, stationery, etc.).

AlignMed Partners now advances the industry with unprecedented innovation and collaboration. We have set the stage to solidify market share and accelerate capture of new markets within the next two years. The new brand leverages the trustworthiness of an accredited group of healthcare providers and readies the organization to champion the future of healthcare.
