Designed to deliver first-class health and wellness for Members needing more advanced levels of care, The Terraces at Peachtree Hills Place (PHP) is phase two of Isakson Living’s remarkable PHP community. Opening just 9 months after the initial phase of the community, our team was honored to take on the full branding and marketing opportunity for The Terraces.
Understanding this vulnerable audience was our very first step. For adult children or caregivers, the decision to choose assisted living is fraught with complex emotions. Our multifaceted strategy centered on beautifully designed, informative print media and compelling, inviting digital placements. We focused on rewarding a life well-lived and took great care to position the staff as friendly, helping hands. The digital campaign to support the Grand Opening began 5 months prior to the event and included Facebook ads, paid search, programmatic display, addressable geo-fencing, LinkedIn, and reputation management. During that time, The Terraces ranked in the #1 Google position for long-tail keyword searches such as: senior wellness and care in Atlanta; memory care community floor plans Buckhead; assisted living Brookhaven, senior wellness care Sandy Springs, and CCRC Buckhead.
With empowering language and imagery, and calls-to-action that invited families to see The Terraces firsthand, our team exceeded expectations. In 180 days, we generated 218 form submissions, 36 phone calls, 218 contact form submissions, 473 Virtual Tour views, and 138 clicks for Get Directions.
