This continued commitment to the success of each Atrium Health teammate was further amplified recently with the launch of the refreshed employer branding and recruitment marketing creative campaign. Our team crafted assets that exemplify the Atrium Health brand and developed personalized messaging specifically to its future teammates; delivering the organizations’ employee value proposition in the most authentic and impactful way. Additionally, we worked with Atrium Health to compile a comprehensive Recruitment Marketing Resource Guide designed to empower each member of the Talent Acquisition Team to be successful in achieving their individual and organizational goals. The Resource Guide is shared with team leads and used as an ongoing, continuing education tool across Atrium Health, with plans to expand the tool across Advocate Health.
