As a result of his search for a continuing care community for founder, Andy Isakson’s own mother, Peachtree Hills Place debuted an unprecedented equity model of homeownership. This 55+ senior living community in the heart of Buckhead would feature concierge-level services and onsite healthcare in an exquisite setting. Our team was tasked with accelerated lead generation and recruitment goals to ensure the community fulfilled its promise.
Our multidimensional strategic marketing plan was developed to educate potential Members on the value of this first-to-market residential asset, elevate the roles of support staff to that of trusted neighbors, and also recruit faculty and physicians. A community of this magnitude demanded that every aspect of the brand experience deliver a positive, welcoming interaction. In addition to a sweeping print media campaign targeted to the successful, sophisticated, and discerning audience of potential Members, we also deployed extensive digital ad placements supported by email marketing, monthly blog content, and testimonial videos. We also took creative direction of the marketing office build out with site plans, floor plans, and prospective Member collateral to assist the sales of units.
